Building Social Media Presence: CÉ LA VI

CÉ LA VI is a Singaporean lifestyle F&B brand that has made its way to Kuala Lumpur in October 2018. CE LA VI Kuala Lumpur is located at the 37th floor of a multi-faced Sky Terrace in Menara Ilham. This luxury nightlife and dining establishment has a restaurant, lounge and also a bar.

 

THE CHALLENGE

Prior to their launch in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, CÉ LA VI KL needed to kickstart their presence as a brand and be visible to their target audience. CÉ LA VI needed to be placed under the social media spotlight with interesting content that would entice customers to visit their establishment.

THE SOLUTION

We have assisted CÉ LA VI KL in conceptualizing a social media plan for the span of 6 months. As CÉ LA VI is already an established brand, we made sure the content prepared were according to their branding guide; highlighting their exclusivity, breath-taking settings and delectable spread of food and drinks.

 

THE RESULT

We managed their social media pages both Facebook and Instagram which include the creation of visuals and copy, scheduling postings as well as photography for food and events. We also assisted in their creative approach on collaterals such as menu design, flyers design, newsletters, E-Invites and digital banners.

A: What a feeling it was, to see one of the works I was a part of be displayed on digital billboards around the city.

A: That i use to dance and was a leader of a dance crew during high school days.

A: I am learning that building client relationship is essential as it is the foundation of any current or future projects. As we strive upon earning the client's trust, in return they reciprocate thus, ensuring an even higher quality work and the ability to complete projects efficiently from both parties.
Q: What’s the best advice you were ever given?
A: To not take things to heart; to take in the good and make them lessons, leave the bad.
